Any type of Building Emergency

For any storm damage, impact damage to garage doors or fences, or flooding please quote your strata plan number and that you are a Bonded Strata Management client and contact:

These services are provided for owners only for emergency building matters (not for matters such as unauthorised parking, noise disturbances, etc.) and similarly are not available for routine maintenance items such as fence repairs, lawn and cleaning services. Where possible, it is preferable that an Strata Committee member places the emergency calls. Please retain these emergency service provider details for year-round information.

Tenants are not permitted to use these services. Report any emergencies to the letting agent. Invoices incurred without authority are payable by the unit.

NEW LEGISLATION

More than 90 law changes were passed by the NSW Parliament in 2015 and have come into affect since 30 November 2016. The laws will be administered by NSW Fair Trading with NSW Land and Property Information (LPI). The new Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 can be found here.
