NEW LEGISLATION

More than 90 law changes were passed by the NSW Parliament in 2015 and have come into affect since 30 November 2016. The laws will be administered by NSW Fair Trading with NSW Land and Property Information (LPI). The new Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 can be found here.
