Keys & Remote Controls

The security of strata plan properties is important to maintain, thereby protecting the safety of the residents and property. If a strata plan has security features, an important part of enhancing the security is to restrict the number of access devices such as keys, swipe cards or remote controls. A fee is charged after the requirements are met for issuing a device.

A security key, swipe card or fob can be obtained by an owner or letting agent (not a tenant). Please provide and submit the following information. We will then respond and either request further information, or if your application is approved, will provide payment method details to you. Once payment is received, your access device will be issued by registered mail.

Remote Controls for Garage Doors

In most instances, these are obtained and paid for by the unit owner or letting agent, direct from the supplier, unless your strata plan has a different arrangement. You can email us at strata@bondedstrata.com.au for details of the supplier, or a letter of authority to obtain a remote from the supplier. Where applicable, we will inform you of any other specific requirements of your strata plan. If your remote control is not operating the garage door/gate, please ensure the battery is not flat.
