As a matter of course, a staff member answers the phone during the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  Our clients always have the opportunity to talk to someone when they call. Your strata manager will take your call unless out of the office or unavailable at the time, in which case our undertaking is to return your call with as little delay as possible.

After Hours Emergencies

In the event of an after-hours or holiday period emergency, services are available by either calling our office and retrieving details from the answer machine message, or by visiting our Emergency Services page.
